💼Property Manager User Guide

This guide will walk you through the steps to effectively create and manage your building's digital asset on the platform. As a Property Manager, Magma enables you to optimize your building's operations and ensure that all stakeholders collaborate efficiently.

Below is a complete video guide, and the steps you need to follow to keep your building's Digital Twin Token (DTT®) up-to-date.

  1. Create Your Stakeholder Wallet Before you can begin using Magma, you need to create a wallet. This wallet will be used to securely manage your transactions, send and receive tokens.

  2. Join Your Building's Digital Twin Token The next step is to join the Digital Twin Token (DTT®) of your building.

  3. Upload Your Documents As the DTT® represents all critical information about your building, you will need to upload relevant documents depending on your role as a property manager. These documents will be attached to the DTT®.

  4. Validate Documents You will need to validate documents that will be uploaded by your stakeholders.

  5. Keep Your DTT® Up-to-Date It is important to regularly update your DTT® as your building evolves. You and other stakeholders can upload new documents or update existing ones to ensure that your DTT® remains a reliable source of truth. Magma’s platform rewards users who actively maintain their building’s DTT® with tokens.

By following these steps, you can take full advantage of Magma’s platform to digitize, manage, and optimize your building’s data in a transparent and secure manner.
