As a Property Manager, your first responsibility is to complete the lot division, a task that can only be performed by the Property Manager.
Click Add a lot. Enter the details for each lot, upload the corresponding lease documentation, and assign a validator.
Each lot must be validated by the tenant.
The next step is to complete the Fluids Synoptic. To do this:
Navigate to the Fluid Synoptic tab.
Add the visit during which the fluid synoptic was performed.
Enter each energy meter and fill in its details. Each tenant of the space where a meter is located must validate the meter for it to be confirmed
