• Stakeholders This section provides a detailed explanation of the different roles and responsibilities of the various stakeholders involved in the management of a property within the Magma ecosystem, including property owners, asset managers, facility managers, service providers and more.

• Wallets Magma utilizes wallets to securely manage all transactions and interactions within the platform. Each building is assigned a dedicated wallet that allows stakeholders to receive and send tokens for services and contributions directly through their own stakeholder wallets.

• 3D Digital Twin The 3D Digital Twin is a critical feature of the Magma platform, offering a virtual replica of the physical building. This section explains how the digital twin is created, or how you can upload the existing model of your building.

• 3D Viewer Magma’s 3D Viewer, enables users to explore the digital twin of a property in an intuitive and interactive way. This feature allows stakeholders to collaborate and visualize real-time updates to the building's digital twin.

• Digital Twin Token (DTT®) The Digital Twin Token (DTT®) is a blockchain-based and unique asset representing a property. This section explains how the DTT® is minted and how it acts as a source of truth for all stakeholders.

• Magma Index The Magma Index evaluates the level of digitalization of a property based on the quality and completeness of its data. Learn how this index is calculated and how it helps property stakeholders assess the value and operational readiness of their assets.

• Tokens Beside the Digital Twin Token (DTT®) that is the token representing the building, we use other tokens and stablecoins to incentivize collaboration and ensure transparency across the platform. This section provides an overview of how these tokens function and their role within the Magma ecosystem.
