Create your building's Digital Twin Token

1. Log in to your Magma account

2. Click on +New Building

2. Fill in the building information form

3. Invite your stakeholders

3.1 Invite your Asset Manager

You can invite your Asset Manager, in case you have one:

• Toggle the switch to Yes

• Enter your Asset Manager's information

• Your Asset Manager receives an email with an invite to create his account and join your DTT®

If your Asset Manager already has an account on Magma, click "Already using Magma? Quick add":

• You can find it by entering its name, surname, company name, or email address

• Click on Add

• Its details will be automatically completed

• Click on Next Step to confirm

3.2 Invite your other stakeholders

As the building Owner, you can invite other stakeholders to join your DTT®, or let your Asset Manager do it. They will all receive an email to either create their account and join your DTT® or, if they already have an account, directly join your DTT®

4. Digital Twin Creation

If your building does not have a 3D model, Magma can create it from scratch, depending on your demand. In this case, you will need to precise a few details about the fidelity of the model you want:

If your building already has a clean 3D model in IFC format, Magma allows you to import this existing digital twin directly into the platform. Hence you can skip this step.

5. Review building details

5.1 Review the building's information and stakeholders.

5.2 Create the building wallet.

• Click on Create or connect building wallet

• Please make sure your browser allows pop-ups — creating the wallet requires a pop-up window to complete the process.

• Create a wallet for your building and store the credentials securely. These credentials provide access to and control over the DTT®, representing its ownership

6. Proceed to payment
